Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on mfourfive.com (the "Site") by Mfourfive ("we", "us", "our"). It is intended to comply with Israeli consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Canceling Transaction Regulations (Distance Selling), and applies to consumers in Israel unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

This policy does not constitute legal advice. If anything in this policy conflicts with mandatory Israeli law, the law prevails.

1. Your 14-day right of cancellation

If you are a consumer purchasing online (a distance transaction), you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
  • If you ordered multiple items delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. If items are delivered in multiple lots on different days, the period starts when you receive the last lot.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send us your clear notice of cancellation before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel by sending a clear statement to us by any of the following:

Please include your name, order number, date of order, and a statement that you wish to cancel the transaction.

3. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any were charged for the least expensive common delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective, not as described, or we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (for example, trying on clothing with care, as in a shop).

5. Exceptions — when cancellation may not apply

Your right of cancellation may not apply, among other cases, to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed audio, video, or computer software if unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods that after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Other exceptions permitted under applicable law.

If an exception applies, we will inform you before or at the time of purchase where required by law.

6. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at Mfourfiveee@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Your statutory rights under Israeli law (including remedies for non-conforming goods) are not limited by this policy.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may cancel within the cancellation period (if applicable) and place a new order, subject to product availability.

8. Sale items

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, items purchased on sale are subject to the same cancellation and refund rules as full-price items, where applicable under law.
