Mfourfive ("we", "us", "our") is committed to making mfourfive.com (the "Site") accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA).

This statement is not legal advice. It describes our accessibility efforts and how to contact us about accessibility.

1. Accessibility standard

We aim to conform to Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 — Guidelines for making content on the Internet accessible — at Level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at Level AA, as required for internet services under Regulation 35a of the Service Accessibility Regulations.

2. Accessibility adjustments on this Site

We have implemented, among other measures, the following accessibility-related features:

  • Smart Accessibility widget — an on-site accessibility menu (via our Shopify accessibility app) allowing adjustments such as text size, contrast, and related display options.
  • Skip to content link at the top of pages for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Semantic structure — headings, landmarks, and descriptive labels (aria-label) on key controls (navigation, cart, search, forms, media controls).
  • Keyboard navigation support for main interactive elements.
  • Language declaration — pages declare document language for assistive technologies.
  • Responsive layout — content adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
  • Accessible forms — labeled fields and clear submit actions where forms are provided.

3. Known limitations and partial compliance

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known or potential gaps include:

  • Third-party content — embedded content, apps, or scripts from third parties (e.g. social media, analytics, payment providers) may not fully meet SI 5568.
  • Product and marketing media — alternative text for some images, captions for video, or audio descriptions may be incomplete until reviewed.
  • PDF and downloadable files — documents uploaded to the Site may not be fully accessible unless separately remediated.
  • User-generated or legacy content — older pages or merchant-edited content may contain accessibility issues.
  • Shopify Checkout — checkout is provided by Shopify and is not controlled by our theme; Shopify maintains its own accessibility program.
  • Mobile apps — if we offer a separate mobile app, separate accessibility requirements may apply under Regulation 35g.

We continue to review and improve accessibility as the Site evolves.

4. Requesting information in an accessible format

If you need content from the Site in an accessible format (for example, plain text, large print, or another reasonable alternative), contact us using the details below. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in a suitable format as soon as practicable, in line with Regulation 35a(d)(2).

5. Reporting accessibility problems

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or if a required accessibility adjustment is missing, please let us know. Your notice helps us improve the Site for everyone.

When contacting us, please include:

  • A description of the problem
  • The page URL (if applicable)
  • Your preferred contact method
  • The assistive technology or browser you use (if relevant)

We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related inquiries within 14 business days and to address substantiated issues within a reasonable time, and in any event within the timeframes required by applicable law (including up to 60 days where Regulation 35a(d)(1) applies).
